We charge £30 per individual session. A block booking of 10 sessions can be purchased for £250. Each session lasts for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Your free evaluation meeting is relaxed and informal and allows us to explore your Fitness, Nutrition and Well-Being aspirations and goals in greater detail. This is done by way of you answering a few questions and ticking some boxes. We hope the meeting will leave you feeling motivated to take action towards a happier healthier life!
No. Most people who come to us are either new to fitness or are returning to fitness after a period of inactivity. In your first session you will receive a simple fitness assessment to ensure that you are safe to train, which will also help us determine the level of exercise that is right for you at that time.
We bring with us all the necessary equipment for any session. all you will need to provide yourself with is running shoes, not trainers. If you require advice as to the best running shoes for you, we are more than willing to provide it. You will also need sensible workout clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and T-shirt and a bottle of drinking water and a small towel. We will always arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before your session is due to start in order to set up any equipment required.
Clients generally notice significant fat loss within a matter of weeks. The exact rate of fat loss will vary from client to client and is also dependent on the type of training program you follow. For maximum results, we strongly advise that all clients follow their chosen program for a minimum of 3 months training between 2-5 days per week.
We have yet to find a client’s home that is too small for us to undertake any of our sessions. All the equipment we use is both portable and compact. We can also work in your garden or local park.
