We will challenge you to work within a set period of time across a variety of physical activities including Running, Thai Boxing, Circuit Training, Body Exercises, Kettle Bells, Resistance Tubes, and Competitive Games.
Yes, you will be tested to the limit but you will also have fun individually, in pairs or in teams. Boot Camps are excellent for promoting teamwork as well as building camaraderie between work colleagues.
