Before you get started with us we need to have an informal face-to-face meeting with you. This will take approximately 45 minutes and will consist of filling in a new client form with some of your personal details. To assist the process, it would be helpful if you could bring along details of any health related problems you currently have or have suffered from in the past. This will help us decide the best course of action to take and is also necessary for insurance purposes.

This evaluation is completely free and is designed to give you the opportunity to speak with your Personal Trainer or Lifestyle Advisor. It can be done in a local café, or at your home; whichever you prefer. Should you decide to go ahead with any of our Personal Training or Lifestyle programs, we will ask you to sign a client agreement form.

We recommend that you arrange a medical with your doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise, particularly if you’ve been inactive for some time. This will provide us with vital information such as your resting heart rate and blood pressure, all of which are important when trying to get into shape.
